Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, location was great close to everything and anything you need. And close to Winter place ski resort which was the reason we were there.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a complimentary hospitality station right as you came in with cookies, water and snacks, which was a really nice extra touch. The breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold options and tasty. I had asked for a top floor room and 2 Queen beds and the staff readily accommodated my requests. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Princeton, WV!

Check in was great. We booked a king bed and when we arrived none was available, we were upgraded to a suite an no extre charge. The lady was wonderful. Very friendly and courteous, she went out of her way to be pleasant. Very helpful. Keep her on, and pay her more!

A nice venue. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was empty at 8:40. I would like to see a tray or carrier of some sort to carry the food back to the room. The pet fee is too high and I will probably not repeat my stay there because of it. My dog causes less disorder than most humans. Nice location away from the busy area. Dog walking area was clean but it could be larger.

We came in to see our family and everything was just great.I loved the shower!! We got upgraded to a suite, so that was amazing. Perhaps get some blinds or blackout curtains though, because I had to wear a sleeping mask because it was bright from the window.

Super comfortable bed. Impressively clean and well-maintained facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Solid breakfast options. We were surprised to find that it really does live up to it's high ratings.

The location is excellent. The breakfast....Not so great. The decaf coffee was so weak there was barely any color to it. I tried the cranberry juice.....oh wait....it was blush water. The breakfast needs a great deal of improvement. Eggs, oatmeal,, pretty much everything (except yogurt and hard boiled eggs.....how can you ruin that) needs improvement

Bovoy rooms, beds & sheets quality are perfect for needed rest from road travel while working.
